About Harry

People often assume I’m naturally disciplined with food and training. That wasn’t always the case! In my early 20's, I struggled with nutrition. I didn’t know how to build a balanced meal, how much protein I actually needed, or what foods would keep me full. I leaned heavily on high-protein, low-calorie meals and ignored things like plant foods, fats, and variety, which led to low energy, poor digestion, and an on-off relationship with food.

A lot of that changed when I started paying more attention to how I cooked. Not complicated recipes, just learning how to put meals together properly. Understanding balance, structure, and how different foods made me feel. That shift had a big impact on my training, my gut health, and how consistent I could be with my eating. Alongside this, I’ve managed an autoimmune condition; which forced me to be more intentional with food quality, quantity and variety. That experience shaped how I think about nutrition and reinforced the importance of building meals that support health, not just body composition.

Today, I share this approach through my content and coaching. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals who were fed up with restrictive plans that didn’t fit real life, and I’ve built a community of over 250,000 people across my platforms by keeping things practical, evidence-based, and realistic. 

My qualifications

  • First Class Degree in Sports & Exercise Science (with advanced nutrition)
  • Specialises in fat loss, muscle gain, strength training & diet optimisation
  • Experienced in supplementation, sleep improvement & gut health
  • Chartered Personal Trainer (CIMSPA Certified) with 4+ years’ experience
  • Coached 100s of individuals 1:1 and built a community of 250k+ across platforms
